Choices

What does that mean “Choice?” Most people don’t realize how many times in a day they choose. Believe it or not every ten seconds or so you make a choice. You choose to sit down, you choose to stand up, you choose to clean house, and choose to go to work. These are only a few of the things you choose. You choose the best outcome for the situations you are in at any given moment. You choose what food you put in your mouth. You even choose things you don’t particularly like because they may have been your only recourse at the time.

We also choose from our programed beliefs. For example, let’s say you want to ask for a raise at work. Your unconscious belief is, you don’t deserve it. This will keep you from either asking because you will come up with every excuse in the book not to or you will unconsciously sabotage yourself. This could look like doing or saying the wrong thing to the boss or messing up at work.

This means everything that happens to you is because of your choices and beliefs. If you choose to believe that bad things will happen to you, guess what, they will. You will give off the vibrational energy that will draw people and situations that make bad things happen.

The Law of Attraction states “That which is likened unto itself is drawn.” What does that mean? It means what you are thinking about you choose that situation to experience. Here is something to think about. Was it a bad day? Or was it a bad five minutes that you milked all day? You are in charge of what you choose.

So, what do you do when you are not happy with what you see or the choice you made? You immediately make another choice. Start asking yourself questions because questions will bring forth the answers you’re looking for.

Here are a few examples:
1. Why am I feeling like this?
2. Do I want to continue to feel this way?
3. What can I do right now to change my mindset?

You can also ask yourself what is it I really want and then focus on that for a few minutes. It will start the Universe working for what you do want.

The more you sit and think about all that is wrong the more wrong things happen. Choose to change it. Hypnosis and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a great tool for lasting change. I use it very successfully in my practice and witness great results.

Take time everyday to make conscious choices that will enhance your life.
